Hartmut Wollstadt has been a qualified lawyer since 2000 and a qualified tax advisor since 2003. For more than 20 years, his work has focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate M&A. During this time, he has advised on more than 150 transactions in the small- and mid-cap segment.
Hartmut began his career with a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank. As part of a sponsored career development program, he went on to study law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich while continuing to work, including in Deutsche Bank’s restructuring department. He later gained experience at an interdisciplinary commercial law firm and at a boutique firm with a focus on insolvency law.
Since 2009, Hartmut has been advising clients independently as a lawyer and tax advisor through his own firm. He is a founding partner of BLUEBRIGHT.
Thorsten Lill has been admitted to the German bar since 2018.
He studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and passed the Second State Examination in Law in Bavaria in 2017.
Thorsten has focused on corporate law and M&A since his university days and has since been involved in more than 100 transactions.
Before becoming a founding partner of BLUEBRIGHT in 2026, Thorsten worked for several years at leading international law firms and specialized boutique firms.
Thorsten holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Steinbeis University Berlin. Alongside his legal practice, he serves on the board of a large, long-established football club.
